Meet

A someone you meet.

Some meetings are scheduled, pinned to a calendar, rehearsed in the car on the way over. This one asks for none of that. You arrive when you arrive, exactly as you are, and the welcome is already waiting — the way it is at the homes of people who are genuinely glad you came.

There is no stage here, and no audience. Just a threshold, a hello, and the unhurried beginning of getting to know a place — and of being welcomed by it, gently, at whatever speed feels like yours.

Take the first minutes slowly

Look around. Notice the light. Let the day you carried in with you set itself down by the door. First meetings go best when nobody performs, and nobody here will ask you to. A few quiet days to get acquainted — that is the whole arrangement, and it is enough.

If you have ever wished a first hello could be simpler — warmer, quieter, free of small talk about the weather — consider this that hello, held out to you with both hands.

Arriving

As you are

No costume, no performance, no best behaviour required. The welcome was written for the real you, on an ordinary day.

Unhurried

No script

Nobody hands you lines at this door. Say as much or as little as the moment asks; both are perfectly good hellos.

A few days

Time to settle

Good first meetings deserve a little time around them. Take a few days, wander back and forth, and settle in slowly.
