Sealed from other people

Your account is a sealed room inside DAXNI: no other person with an account can see your talks, your facts, your files, or anything of yours. Sealed means sealed against other users — that is the honest shape of it, and we won't dress it up as more than it is.

Kept lean on purpose

DAXNI keeps as little as it can. Codes live for minutes. Briefs live for seven days. Receipts and reports live for thirty days. Usage is kept as daily totals, never a trail of every step. Voice notes are turned into words and the sound is let go. Uploads are cleaned on arrival and kept once, by fingerprint.

Your data rights

At any time, in Settings, you can:

— See everything that is kept about you.
— Download your data as one file — talks, receipts, facts, profile.
— Delete your account and everything in it, fully. Deletion is final, and a scrambled mark is kept only so a closed or banned account cannot quietly reopen — never your talks, never your words.

If a trial ends

If a free trial ends, your talks are kept for a short window in case you return, and then they are wiped. Your own downloaded records remain yours, always.
